Drawing inspiration from the bridges that connect communities, Commissioner Apag reflected on how every graduate now stands at the threshold of a new journey. Like a bridge, graduation links years of learning and perseverance to a future filled with opportunities, responsibilities, and possibilities waiting to be explored.

Addressing the graduates, Commissioner Apag emphasized that earning a diploma is not the destination but the beginning of a greater mission. He reminded them that while education equips them with knowledge and skills, it is their character, integrity, and willingness to serve that will define the legacy they leave behind.

The Commissioner likewise encouraged the graduates to cross every bridge with confidence, even when the path ahead is uncertain.
