CHED Commissioner Dr. Desiderio Apag III meets with MOL Undersecretary H.E. Said bin Abdullah Al Busaidi

Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Commissioner Dr. Desiderio R. Apag III and the Philippine Technological Council met with officials of Oman's Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Education to discuss educational credential recognition, qualifications equivalency, and professional mobility for Filipino graduates and workers. The discussions highlighted the Philippines' quality assurance and verification systems, as well as opportunities to align Philippine and Omani qualifications frameworks and streamline credential recognition processes. Both sides expressed their commitment to strengthening cooperation in education, skills development, and workforce mobility between the Philippines and Oman.
