Dr. Pagatpatan Flexes Triumphs, Milestones, and Meaningful Partnerships in 5th SOUA

He also underscored the expansion of international partnerships and the university’s high-impact research and extension initiatives—clear markers of ESSU’s rising influence in the national and global academic landscape.
Though quick to credit the collective efforts of the entire ESSU workforce, the guests lauded Dr. Pagatpatan’s decisive leadership as a driving force behind the university’s success. To their credit, the local leaders, bannered by Cong. Libanan have always been staunch allys of ESSU’s continued emergence as a hub of excellence and virtuous development in this part of the Philippines.
