In his message during the LPU Batangas Awards Convocation, Commissioner Apag underscored that excellence is cultivated through everyday actions, including thoughtfully prepared lessons, patient guidance to students, effective systems, and leadership grounded in integrity and respect. He further highlighted loyalty as a form of excellence, reflected in years of service that embody shared history, resilience, and purposeful contribution.

The Commissioner also acknowledged the significance of the convocation’s theme on Gender Equality, affirming LPU Batangas’ commitment to Sustainable Development Goal No. 5. He stressed that inclusion strengthens institutions, fosters innovation, and creates communities where diversity is valued and every voice has the opportunity to be heard.
